All orders placed via our website will depend on product availability and order acceptance by BR Perfect Pack. The payments can be made through available payment methods on our portal. All Prices stated are in Indian Rupee (INR) and are subject for change without prior notice. In the event that some order is suspected to be placed without consent, or is deemed fraudulent, we reserve unrestricted rights to cancel or refuse it.
Shipping and Delivery
We provide delivery services across all the regions in India. Depending on the location and the availability of products, the shipping timings may differ. We ensure that products are dispatched as early as possible. However, if the reason for the delay is beyond our control like issues with the courier, we will not be held responsible.
Returns and Replacements
Along with the replacement, we do provide refunds, if a damaged product is received. Also, if the received product is incorrect, then proper verification steps need to be taken within 48 hours of the product delivery. Items that are therefore purchased should kept in their packaging otherwise termed ‘unused’ before being returned.
